I would say, Julieanne is an Ideal/model agent. She is honest and have very good understanding and deep knowledge of housing market. She was there at every juncture guiding, explaining making our buying process smooth and less anxious. She is empathetic, put herself in buyers shoes and understand the requirements very well. As a first time home buyer, I could not have made it through this process without Kevin's patience and guidance.
We started working with him 2 years ago and he never gave up no matter how indecisive we were at times. Kevin knew our dream home was out there. He is incredibly knowledgeable and really helped me understand the entire process. I let him know from the very beginning that I may need a little hand holding and that I also get stressed very easily. Once we made the official offer on our home...Kevin kept in close contact with us, and kept me updated every step of the way. Even if I started to feel worried or stressed, all of that went away the second I had a conversation with him. He was there for us through it all...and really became more of a friend to us by the end of it all. You can tell he loves his job, but also will go out the way for his clients day or night. It was a pleasure working with Kevin...I truly cannot say enough positive things about him.

It was fate. Had my house listed w a previous RF agent who didn't work out at all. After being highly disappointed, I was about to give up on Redfin until Casi showed up and completely changed up the vibe and won me over. I knew I'd still be rolling the dice giving RF another opportunity and most people really do talk the talk only. Also, by now, I decided to sell TWO properties simultaneously, so the stakes were even higher for me, but somehow my gut was nudging me to have faith in this lady. Casi not only followed through, but she kept up with the energy level and was open-minded to discussions while maintaining a lively, positive attitude and spirit throughout. Casi is diligent, responsive and was fun and reassuring to work with. In fact, I felt that we really did gel well together and even had the same thought-process on many occasions. Even in such a tough market this year, her determination never wavered and I really appreciated having an agent who felt like a true "partner" with a great personality. He went well above an beyond what I would have expected from a real estate agent. I have purchased and sold several homes and Kevin really put in the effort to make sure the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home was as smooth as possible. We had some issues with the buying agent for the sale side of my home and Kevin was there every step of the way to ensure that, even though we had issues they were all take care of promptly.
